Returns & Exchanges

We are so confident in our products that we offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee! If you bought the wrong style of lashes, or decided you don’t want an item, you can return unopened products in original, sellable condition to us within 30 days of delivery. Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The product must not have been opened/used, show any signs of wear and tear, and all original packaging must be included in your return. If your returned item has been opened or used, arrives without all original packaging or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason, we reserve the right to deny your refund or exchange.

If you need to return your order, please email us at support@lashible.com with your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your order.

Defects
We take pride in the quality of our products and each product is checked 1-3x before it's shipped out to you. However, if you feel you have received a faulty item, please email support@lashible.com as soon as possible with a clear photo/video of the defect so we can make this right.

Bundled Items (e.g. Starter Kit, Natural Kit, Deluxe Kit)
Bundling items together allows us to offer them to you at a (combined) lower price than if you were to purchase them all separately. If you return one or more of the items included in a bundle, you will be charged the full stand-alone price for each item you keep, which may be higher than the bundled price, then refunded for the items you wish to return.

Gifts & Promotional Items
Any free gifts that are received as part of a promotion, must be returned along with the item that is being returned or the value of the gift will be deducted from your purchase. Please note that free gifts are non-exchangeable.
