Orders over $49 USD ship FREE worldwide! All other orders ship for a flat rate of $9.95 USD. Order processing takes 1-2 business days before shipment. Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

- USA: 2-5 business days
- Canada: 4-14 business days
- UK: 4-14 business days
- Europe: 4-14 business days
- Australia: 2-9 business days (from our AU warehouse)
- Australia: 14-20 business days (from our USA warehouse & delivery to PO Boxes)
- Rest of World: 8-20 business days

All orders are shipped with tracking. Due to ongoing COVID, labor, and supply chain issues internationally, orders may experience shipping delays and we are unable to guarantee delivery dates. The above In-Transit Times do not include weekends, public holidays or processing times.

Items shipped may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country or country you are shipping to. Customers are solely responsible and liable for any duties, GST or VAT that are specific to their country. It is recommended that you contact your local customs office for further information.

By deselecting package protection, Lashible is not liable for lost or delayed orders, stolen packages, or items damaged in transit. 

Lost Orders or Tracking Issues

  • An order is considered lost if tracking never confirms package status as "delivered"
  • If tracking shows no movement or looks to be stuck after exceeding the appropriate amount of shipping days, then orders may be considered lost and a claim will need to be made

How many days following the last tracking update should I file my claim?

  • USA orders - 7 days
  • Canadian orders - 20 days
  • Australian orders shipped from our AU warehouse - 7 days
  • Australian orders shipped from our USA warehouse - 20 days
  • International orders - 20 days

Claims for orders lost in-transit must be filed no later than 30 days from the last available tracking update.

Stolen Orders

  • An order is considered stolen if tracking confirms package status as "delivered," but not received
  • Route asks that you wait 5 days from the day your package status was marked delivered before reaching out and filing your claim

Claims for stolen orders must be filed within 15 days from the date your package was marked delivered.
